Position Overview
EthicaCore Group, Inc. is seeking a Program & Operations Coordinator (Senior Integrity) to support the day-to-day coordination, administration, and operational flow of our Senior Integrity Programs.
This role is non-clinical, non-referral, and operations-focused, supporting ethical program delivery, internal coordination, and community-facing logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Support program coordination and internal operations for senior-focused initiatives
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative workflows
Coordinate communications and logistics across internal teams and community partners
Support care navigation and program activities in a non-clinical capacity
Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries at all times
Assist leadership with reporting, follow-ups, and operational organization
Role Boundaries & Ethics
To protect seniors, staff, and organizational integrity, this role does not include:
Referrals, solicitation, or recruitment of patients, clients, donors, or cases
Compensation tied to volume, outcomes, or individual engagements
Clinical decision-making or patient steering
This is a salary-based role with clear ethical safeguards.

Position Overview
EthicaCore is seeking a Program Support & Operations Associate (Hybrid) to assist with administrative, coordination, and operational support across our programs.
This role is designed to be flexible, professional, and non-clinical, making it well-suited for individuals seeking meaningful work alongside family or other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to program leadership
Assist with scheduling, email coordination, and document preparation
Maintain internal records, trackers, and organizational systems
Support volunteer coordination logistics (non-recruitment)
Assist with community program communications and follow-ups
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
Role Boundaries
This position does not include:
Referrals, solicitation, or case sourcing
Clinical, caregiving, or social work duties
Quotas, sales, or outcome-based compensation
Direct service delivery to vulnerable individuals
Schedule & Structure
Part-Time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week
Hybrid / Remote: Flexible scheduling coordinated with leadership
Employment Type: W-2, hourly
Hours may be completed in blocks that align with school or family schedules
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort with basic administrative tools (email, documents, tracking)
