    EthicaCore Group, Inc. is formally incorporated under NRS 82 in Nevada.
    Our IRS 501(c)(3) application is being finalized; confirmation will be posted once submitted.

    EthicaCore does not provide legal representation or immigration services.
    We can offer educational guidance and direct individuals to appropriate resources.

SENIOR ADVOCACY & VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

  • Volunteer opportunities focus on community support, senior engagement, and mission-centered services.
    Roles include:

    • Senior companionship & wellness calls

    • Administrative or event support

    • Mental health support (licensed providers only)

    • Research & advocacy projects

    All volunteers must complete:
    ✔ Background check (CMS, NRS compliant)
    ✔ Orientation & ethics training
    ✔ Confidentiality agreement
    ✔ Role-specific screening
    ✔ MI777 Integrity alignment

  • No. Volunteers only need a lawful status that allows volunteering under federal rules.
    Some sensitive-access roles may require U.S. residency or citizenship.

  • Yes. Every volunteer receives:

    • Ethics & conduct training

    • Senior support basics

    • Confidentiality and safety expectations

    • Required compliance modules

DONATIONS, SUPPORT, & COMMUNITY IMPACT

  • Yes. Donations support senior programs, advocacy work, education, and community initiatives.
    Once our 501(c)(3) is approved, contributions may become tax deductible retroactively to the IRS submission date.

  • We follow:

    • IRS and nonprofit governance requirements

    • Internal Ethics & Integrity Policies

    • MI777 Confidential Integrity Channel (CI-CEP)
