Requirements
To ensure safety and compliance for the seniors we serve, all volunteers must:
Complete a background check
Sign confidentiality & data protection agreements
Attend a brief orientation
Follow role boundaries (no medical, legal, or financial advising)

As EthicaCore continues to grow through grants, community partnerships, and program expansion, we anticipate opening new staff positions in 2026 and beyond. These roles will support senior advocacy, community outreach, program development, operations, and education initiatives.
